2020年12月21日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（ITC）投票決定正式對部分聚晶金剛石復(fù)合片及其下游產(chǎn)品（Certain Polycrystalline Diamond Compacts and Articles Containing Same）啟動337調(diào)查（調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1236）。

2020年11月23日，美國US Synthetic Corporation of Orem, Utah向美國ITC提出申請，指控美國進(jìn)口以及美國國內(nèi)市場銷售的部分聚晶金剛石復(fù)合片及其下游產(chǎn)品侵犯了其專利權(quán)，請求啟動337調(diào)查，并發(fā)布有限排除令和禁止令。
