三、外貿英語術語關于價格

FOB (free on board) 離岸價

離岸價格，又稱“船上交貨價格”，是指從起運港至目的地的運輸費和保險費等由買方承擔，不計入結算價格之中的銷貨價格。

C&F (cost and freight) 成本加運費價

成本加運費（Cost and Freight）(named port of shipment)，指定目的港。它指賣方必須支付把貨物運至指定目的港所需的開支和運費，但從貨物交至船上甲板后，貨物的風險、滅失或損壞以及發生事故后造成的額外開支，在貨物越過指定港的船舷后，就由賣方轉向買方負擔．另外要求賣方辦理貨物的出口結關手續。本術語適用于海運或內河運輸。

CIF (cost, insurance and freight) 到岸價

成本、保險費加運費。

freight 運費

運費（transportationexpenses；freight）是指支付貨運或全部或部分使用船只、火車、飛機或其他類似運輸手段的費用。

landing charges 卸貨費

例如采購過程中,貨物要運輸,產生運輸費,然后還要裝卸貨物,這時應支付的費用就是裝卸費。裝卸費是將貨物裝入或卸出運輸載體（例如輪船、火車、貨車）,以及集并、疏散貨物的短距離位移作業的費用。

customs duty 關稅

關稅是指進出口商品在經過一國關境時，由政府設置的海關向進出口商所征收的稅收。

port dues 港口稅

港口稅是指港口對貨物進行裝卸作業或為船舶提供港口設備和勞務，而向貨主或船方收取的費用。

import surcharge 進口附加稅

進口附加稅又稱為特別關稅,是進口國家在對進口商品征收正常進口稅后，還會出于某種目的，再加征部分進口稅，加征的進口稅部分，就是進口附加稅。進口附加稅不同于進口稅，不體現在海關稅則中，并且是為特殊目的而設置的，其稅率的高低往往視征收的具體目的而定。一般是臨時性的或一次性的。

commission 傭金

傭金，是指牙商、經紀人等中間人說合介紹生意所取得的酬金，又稱牙傭、中傭、行傭。在商品交易必須通過牙商的情況下，傭金是一種帶有強制性的中間剝削。傭金大多由賣方付給，也有由買賣雙方分別付給的。所付傭金的數額依商品的性質和貨值多少而定，也有些地方是約定俗成的，形成了慣例。

return commission 回傭，回扣

回扣是指賣方從買方支付的商品款項中按一定比例返還給買方的價款。按照是否采取賬外暗中的方式，回扣可以簡單分為兩種，即“賬內明示”的回扣、賬外暗中的回扣。

price including commission 含傭價

含傭價是指包含傭金和凈價的總和。

wholesale price 批發價

批發價一般是指廠家直接給予零售商的貨物價格。

discount / allowance 折扣

折扣，指買賣貨物時按原價的若干成計價，如按九成，叫九折或九扣。

retail price 零售價

零售價指商業零售單位向個人或集團消費者出售商品的價格，一般也稱市場價或市值、零售價格。

spot price 現貨價格

現貨價格是指商品在現貨交易中的成交價格。

current price 現行價格 / 時價

現行價格是指當前實際執行的價格。

indicative price 參考價格

customs valuation 海關估價

經海關審查確定的完稅價格，稱為海關估定價格。進出口貨物的價格經貨主（或申報人）向海關申報后，海關需按本國關稅法令規定的內容進行審查，確定或估定其完稅價格。

price list 價目表

價目表價格　是指有些企業，為便于客戶選購產品而印發商品目錄，并在商品品名旁注明的價格。

total value 總值

構成全部數目或數量的某物的貨幣價值。
